Opportunities for Parental Involvement
The New LIFE School has an open door policy for easy access to staff, including administrative, instructional, behavioral and clinical team members. Parent meetings are held at our school during school hours and after hours, when available.
Home visits are often made by clinical team members to better link our school with the home environment of the students. In-service training activities will be planned to assist parents and family members increase their understanding of their children’s disabilities and to learn how to better assist their children, now and in the future.
